钛蜂窝板  Titanium plate

将钛金层做为装饰材料,具有良好的特性，其强度大、耐蚀性强、抗划伤、热膨胀系数低，防火、环保。钛蜂窝板可避免使用厚板而提高成本，又解决了表面平整度，它的面板是钛是一种金属，具有密度小、强度大、耐腐蚀、表面划伤可自动愈合等优点，但价格昂贵。若钛单板做建筑幕墙和屋面，既浪费，表面平整度又差，钛蜂窝板即很好地解决了这个矛盾。它的面板是极薄的钛材，背板是极薄的不锈钢，中间芯层是铝蜂窝。它即保留了钛和不锈钢的优良性能，又能大大降低了成本，还赋予了板材更大的抗弯刚度和超平坦性。
